Points and Lines
Points and lines are commonly used to represent large amounts of data in a single condensed visualizations of a city, country or the Earth. In our visualizations we color code each point and line using a continuous gradient: green for the morning; yellow for the afternoon, red for the evening. The results reveal centers of concentration in the city in particular hours, as well as different typs of users: some take many photos in one area, others move rapidly across the city; Some take more photos during early mornings, while others only take photos during the late evening.
