Nadav Hochman is a doctoral candidate in the History of Art and Architecture department at the University of Pittsburgh. His research focuses on the use of computational methods from a digital humanities perspective for the analysis of massive visual social media data.
Lev Manovich
Lev Manovich is a Professor at The Graduate Center, CUNY, and Director of the Software Studies Initiative at Calit2 which developed visualization software used in Phototrails project. He is the author of Software Takes Command (Bloomsbury Academic, 2013) and The Language of New Media (The MIT Press, 2001).
Jay Chow
Jay Chow is a graduate from UCSD with a degree in ICAM (Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts Major). He is a researcher at the Software Studies Initiative at Calit2 developing tools for the analysis and visualization of large image and video collections for the humanities.
